Every Cole Haan product is based on our longstanding tradition of quality and craftsmanship.

Cole Haan will accept unworn or unaltered goods within 30 days of the original date of purchase.

Cole Haan reserves the right to refuse refunds for returned items that do not comply with this policy.

For products purchased on www.colehaan.de and www.colehaanstore.com the original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Please allow 2-5 working days for your return to be processed once it is received by our warehouse.

You will receive a refund based on the original method of payment.

Please allow up to one billing cycle so that the credit can be posted to your account.

To return an item, please pack it in its original condition.
